Our story

Pathways Home is dedicated to fostering well-being. Our team provides reliable and innovative solutions tailored to your unique needs. We believe in respecting your individual journey and exceeding your expectations through personalized guidance, prayer, and support.

Our history

Pathways Home was founded by an Alabama family who lost and regained one of their own from the world of human trafficking. We founded our new facility in 2025. From humble beginnings, Pathways Home was created through unwavering dedication to empowering women. Each step of our journey has reinforced our core belief in collaborative growth and prosperity through a relationship with Christ. We are passionate about guiding you toward your best self and are excited to share our story of healing transformation with you through all of our levels until you restore survivor autonomy and are reintegrated.

Volunteering

Our facilities could not do what we do without the help of both skilled and unskilled volunteers. We are always in need of legal advocates and/or immigration attorneys; medical & mental health professionals; financial counselors; certified teachers and highly qualified tutors in all academic areas; ESL instructors; life skills instructors; administrative assistants; parishioners; drivers; job coaches; and mentors.

Trauma-informed training is mandatory. Volunteers are also asked to sign confidentiality agreements and complete a background check.
